Uinta Brewery Tap Room
Named for the Utah Mountain region, Uinta offers a sense of adventure and focus on sustainability with made-from-scratch bar food and wildly popular, locally made craft brews—some of the best in the U.S. The all-day menu features classic pub fare for the diverse needs of the SLC passenger including fish and chips, burgers, salads, hot sandwiches, and tacos, but also offers vegetarian items such as a jackfruit sandwich, options sensitive to cultural and dietary needs, breakfast items and a children’s menu.

Food is quick but bartender seemed high and kept forgetting things. Had to ask for beers 2x after he acknowledged the order multiple times.
The breakfast sandwich was really good and I appreciate the smaller serving of potatoes so they don't go to waste.
