Sitka Rocky Gutierrez Airport (SIT) Parking Map and Guide

What options are available for long-term parking?

The airport provides two long-term parking lots where travelers can park for up to 7 days free of charge. If a vehicle is parked longer than 7 days, a Barnacle immobilization device will be attached to the windshield, and a fee of $35 per day will be assessed. Instructions for payment and Barnacle removal are labeled on the device. After payment is made, travelers should call (907) 966-2960 to arrange for a State of Alaska employee to release the device. Airport employees are available 7 days a week from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The long-term parking lots operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and travelers should make off-site parking arrangements if the lots are full. Vehicles left for an extended period may be towed at the owner's expense.
